This is my immediate family.....My daddy Rocky, my mommy Jamey, me and my sister Demey Taylor. Taken July 2000.
My daddy is in the USAF and my mommy separted from Active Duty Air Force after 8 years to take care of me. She now serves
in the Ohio ANG. My sister Demey lives with her father Arlo and her Step mom Naomi in Nebraska. Xavier her brother was born
9 Feb 2001. He is too cute. I was born 9 June 1999 with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. I have had 8 surgeries to date to
include a brainstem decompression, 2 VP shunts, a G-tube insertation, a Nissan Fundo and a Fundo repair, and 2 urethral dilitations.
I am doing well.
UPDATE: As of 20 July 2002 my daddy was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor called an OligoAstrocytoma. It is malignant
and he started Radiation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC on 26 Aug 02 for 7 weeks. My Aunt Holley and
Uncle Stu moved to Anrold MD 6 days before my daddy was diagnosed with the tumor. God has a plan and now we live with my
Aunt and Unlce. They keep me while mom and dad are at his appointments. I get treatment at the same hospital. Daddy is supposed
to start Chemo for a year in Nov 02. The military is medically retiring him as of 2 Nov 2002.
Update June 2003.
My daddy passed away on 23 June 2003 at 1:02 am. It was a long and valient fight. He held me 2 days prior to his passing
and hugged me and told me he loved me. It was the last cognitive thing he said before passing. He was buried at Athens Memory
Gardens on 27 June 2003. Honor Guard was present and he had a Gun Salute. It was beautiful.
